If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used or you do not have an approved RA# before sending any items back, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
We cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Made-to-order custom items (Bling tops and bling dresses) cannot be returned.
